The heart of the Vatic Foundation is to offer a lending hand to any individual recovering from a trauma-related injury. Our focus is to assist Ptsd survivors and to help identify Complex-Ptsd.
Provide educational grants;
Introduce trauma survivors to cycling;
Ensure new career paths are met;
Encourage participation in our community;
Contribute a positive means for coping;
Protect people from further psychological harm;
Make sure you're not feeling alone while understanding your trauma.
What does this mean for the Vatic Foundation?
It's a cut-and-dried response. Our goal is to remain outspoken about mental health, trauma, Ptsd, Complex-Ptsd, while delivering the groundwork, strength, courage, or even the confidence individuals depend upon during a period where people feel isolated.
In the face of trauma-related injuries, the mission of the Vatic Foundation is to provide educational grants and peer-to-peer support for those affected by the disorder and to join in the effort by individuals and non-profit organizations to:
We will continue to work for individuals in need of someone to believe in them, and as such, help them pursue a healthy and hopeful future.
Our aim is to provide awareness and help break the negative attitude often attributed with mental health.
Through awareness, we will continue to challenge the harmful stigma burdening those trying to heal.
Working to provide trauma survivors support through awareness and the power of community.
The Vatic Foundation exists to create a community in which post-traumatic stress disorder (Ptsd), Complex-Ptsd and trauma-related injuries can be eliminated through education and the power of cycling.
We envision a community in which youth, adults, friends and families who endure the pain and suffering of Ptsd enjoy the freedom to live a productive life.
The Vatic Foundation Vision sees a community of caring individuals who persevere in helping people move forward after Ptsd has drained their energy, resources and hopes for the future.
We believe accepting mental illness as a visible, treatable condition will foster a community of caring individuals who believe and support those who suffer.
